- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I find this company very poor. They take nearly £1000 off me then ask for authorisation numbers to then which I ring my bank and they are as confused as I am. To then not emailing me back at all. The customer service is is rubbish and has cost me £80 which I never got through to anyone. I still have no idea what is happening with the bike. They dont give you a reference number. But even if they did it would cost you an arm and a leg for you not to get through to anyone. I will be reporting this company to trading standards.
